The whole place was clean, I loved it, and had good staff and rooms. Lots of food at the breakfast, including cereals, bread and toast.

The hotel was clean, I loved it. The venue was set in the business position so close to Jacksonville and many restaurants and the industrial park.

Came in Jacksonville to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was chilled-out base for doing it. The continental breakfast was warm, staff offered cereal, toast and bread. The venue was in an efficient business location close to restaurants.

The staff was accommodating, the hotel was clean and placed in a busy part of the city just next door to freeway and major highways and center of business locations. The breakfast was included and consisted of fresh bread, cereals and toast.

It was a colorful stay, traditional place. Breakfast was savoury, staff was cool! Fantastic service too.

The room was updated, it had a clean bathroom. Central heating and a writing table worked well and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Best staff, family friendly area, they have fabulous restaurant. Large bedroom and luxurious bathroom. We had an extensive breakfast with selection of eggs, fresh fruit and cheese.

The room was soundproof and non-smoking, BRILLIANT staff. Unrivaled location, near to center of business locations, many restaurants and the interstate, nonetheless the area itself was not pleasant. The breakfast offered fresh fruit, eggs and cheese.

There were too soft beds.

I came to Jacksonville for one night - everything was wonderful. The breakfast was hot and included toast, cereals and slices of fresh bread.

All in all a relaxing hotel and superb stay. Lovely decoration, good swimming pool, cozy room. There were coffee, terrace and closet space in the room, liked that. Late check-out too. Remote location of the property.

The hotel was affordable, the decorations were comfortable. The staff was very polite and solved all our problems immediately. It was across the sketchy area.

Pretty much what I expected: chic hotel, moderately priced. Unbeatable location and hospitable service, the staff was supporting. Big bed, luxurious bathroom and terrace and closet space in the room. Again, 15 minutes walk from Mckesson Corporation. Nice garden and excellent pool.

The hotel is fairly clean, the staff are courteous and location is ideal! Comfortable decor of the room. Southpoint-Butler Blvd district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

The staff were so polite and the pool was good. The bed was comfortable enough, the room - big enough and airconditioned. The location was REALLY QUIET, in a secure area.

Big and modern rooms, INCREDIBLY NICE staff. We did n't like the bed, it was very uncomfortable, however it was truly a wonderful stay.

Shame the bathroom was old.

I had a very comfortable stay here, pool was an added bonus. Liked that the hotel was extremely quiet, cozy decor in the rooms. Very peaceful location to Lovelace Park. The restaurant had hot food.

We would definitely recommend it to those visiting Jacksonville. The location was convenient and beds were comfortable. Greatly enjoyed the continental breakfast. Ideal place to stay for family.
